Matthew Reed is one of those artists that are contagious from the first moment you hear them. Although his first release “Come and Drink” is only considered an EP, it is full of such sonic variety and poetic – yet spiritual – lyrics, that it is deserved of much more respect. Not only does Matthew Reed deliver solid vocals in a unique style all his own, but the production quality is second to none. Each song seems to take on a life of its own and has become a mainstay in our collection.

Action: Buy it. (album)

Highlights: The whole EP is great, however “Emmanuel” and “Crash This Place” stand out.
